The Ainsdale Show 2016
Photographs by Patrick Trollope.
ON Saturday, 2 July 2016 the annual Ainsdale Horticultural
Society's Ainsdale Show was held on the Village Green. This year’s event marked
the show’s 96th year and this historic event still showcases a wide range of
local talent. The event is centrepiece of the society's active and thriving
program of yearly events. As normal, the show held several exhibitions, with
local school children to adults all taking part in the spirit of friendly
competition. Exhibits ranged from floral arts to handcrafts as well as
photography. More information about the Ainsdale Horticultural Society and its
