The Alice Experience is an all new production by community theatre charity
In Another Place. The creators of the hugely successful event The Narnia

magical, colourful and slightly mad world of Wonderland.
Walk through a forest of giant mushrooms, meet weird and wonderful

yourself. Follow the White Rabbit, have tea with the Mad Hatter, visit the
Caterpillar, meet the Cheshire cat, sing along with the playing cards, and
avoid losing your head with the venerable Queen of Hearts!

Groups of up to 80 people are admitted every 30 minutes, they will follow an
immersive trail throughout the Great Hall and other parts of the building,
being greeted with interactive characters, stunning special effects and
magical illusions which tell the famous children's story. Which path will
you choose and what will you discover?
Charity Director Annie Spiers said:- "We were asked by St George's
Hall to create an Alice production to celebrate 150 years of Lewis Carroll's
world famous book. So having produced The Narnia Experience in a similar
style before, we accepted the challenge! To make it all happen, a huge team
of around 780 volunteers has been recruited from across the region: actors,
stewards, construction team, set designers, costume designers and many more.
Plus the cast is huge! We have 18 Alices, 5 Mad Hatters, 6 Hares and 6
Queens of Hearts, not to mention numerous caterpillars and white rabbits!
It's a real team effort and we have volunteers from all backgrounds with
different abilities. But the important thing is that everyone can take part
and everyone is valued."

all ages, schools, families and large groups. Thousands of families and
school groups have already tried The Alice Experience and came out grinning
like the Cheshire Cat so book now to avoid disappointment! Performances run
